This building was designed for a customer on the western slope of Colorado as a dwelling for one. The main room is 16' x 16' with a 8' x 12' bump out to the south.

The ceiling height is 16' at the top of the clerestory and offers a big and open feel. The kitchen is central with a bath, sleeping area, south facing living area and entry closet.

A suggested floor plan at 352 sq. ft.

as a member of Navajo Nation, currently living in Farmington, NM, i am interested in the 20 ft octagon plan. The sloped roof rectangular for the western slope person is also interesting. I am in the process of getting a home site lease (HSL) on Fedreal Trust Land. Can showcase your building.
